At ad.accesories, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your item.


Return Requirements:

 

  • Notify us via email or phone within 24 hours.

  • Include a clear photo of the product.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition.

 


Once approved, you will receive either:

 

  • A full refund within 7 days, or

  • A replacement product within 10 business days.

 


Returns requested after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
